Once purchased please send an email confirming which day you would like to receive your item / items. If you would prefer to collect in store please also contact us to arrange your preferred collection date. We ship out Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for next day arrival (shop is CLOSED Monday's).
Orders and confirmation needs to be before 11am if you require next day postage on the same day as ordering.

Shipping terms and conditions
Delivery on live stock is just £12.50 for unlimited livestock items. We dispatch Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (for Friday shipment with Saturday delivery there is an extra £3 charge) Orders need be paid before 2pm to get next day delivery.
We use Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm and pack around 2pm - 3pm so your parcel has as little time in transit as possible. Once order has been made please contact me with the delivery date you require - we will not post until we receive confirmation.
All our livestock are posted to the highest standards using 40 hour heat packs, bubble wrap, poly boxes and outer cardboard box. Some items like Zoas are send in separate pots. Lps corals are posted in bags floating in polystyrene and iodine to prevent tissue damage.
Please note that your chosen delivery day is subject to current stock levels, while some items show in stock, this is livestock and sometimes when an item was in stock at the time of listing, it may not be in stock at the time of ordering, in this case a replacement will be sourced as soon as possible and a new delivery day will be arranged.
DOA's
Our DOA policy is effective within 2 hours of signing for the parcel, we require CLEAR photo evidence in original packing to futurefragsaquatics@outlook.com (once opened we hold no responsibility for the item/items). If nobody is in to take delivery and a delivery attempt was made but failed due to no answer, your DOA claims will be void. All successful DOA claims are for either a replacement or refund of the dead item ONLY, no postage refunds will be made.
